I can totally see this as well!

So my mom showed a bunch of people the yearbook and, being her children, she liked to show everybody the pictures with us in them most. One of the pictures was at the end next to 'quietly taking over the world'. One of my friends emailed this to me in response;
"It's very easy for me to see you in a green-hair phase with your feet up on a desk and chomping on a big Snickers bar while you negotiate with your opponents about who your party's going to nominate for president and what her policies are going to be.  And you keep sending Ezra out of the room to get bottled water and drag in various people for you to yell at."

Lock-Ins.....Are evillllllll...

So my church has a 'Coming of Age' thing about every two years, right now the youngest person is twelve and the oldest is fifteen. So 'Coming of Age' is supposed to prepare young adolescents for adulthood and such, we each choose a mentor of the same gender and then we learn things from them that they learned through experience. This apparently includes getting locked in a church with two adults and the rest of the coming of age group. I do not like lock ins at all. I almost hate them as much as I do dresses. And the game Apples to Apples.... Don't like that game much either.  At first it was all right, we had pizza and played a few games I started a food fight on accident *cough* *cough* but then we had to get to the heart of the thing and get all spiritual and stuff. So we sat outside and listened to stories and sang a song or two, then we came inside and read a letter or two that our parents had written recently about our birth or something close to that. One of the kids , Chris, left after that and we really don't know why so that bugged me for about hours! Then we had free time and played Hide and Go Seek, but we had to stay in the church so we turned all the lights off and couldn't turn them, punishment for that was being 'It' again because of cheating. I was the last one to be found three times, which, frankly surprised me. And then, since I forgot a sleeping bad like the blonde I am, I got to sleep on a cushion-y thing that generally stays in the nursery but didn't have a blanket. I stayed up until four-ish because that was when people stopped talking and the storing lessened, but then woke up at six thirty-ish because I was cold, and THEN I couldn't get back to sleep. So I got to read for and watch people sleep for an hour until Ms. Joan woke up and made breakfast. The boys slept in the back of the church while the girls slept in the front, which was where the book bags full of clothing stayed. Jesse-the fifteen year old boy-changed his shirt in front of the girls, because I mean, it's as friggin shirt. Apparently it was more then that because two or three of the girl started yelling at him to change in the back where he was supposed to while blushing furiously. I thought it was one of the most hilarious things that happened there.

Grimm

So there's this new-ish show called Grimm on the television, and it's kinda sorta like Once Upon A Time but not so....... Girly... As on crime scene like thingies with blood and gore!!! Like most typical guy movies/shows that people see these days. I always get teased for not watching all though romantic comedies and the like. Eh. It earns me points with most of my male cousins for watching those burn em up movies though so.... Haha.

Books!!

Oh my guts....I have over two hundred books on my B&N Nook. It's kinda scary how much I read and what kinda books I do read. Though I have realized it really does depend on the mood the reader is in. It's been really boring today, I had to do some math homework though I did wrestle with my little bro. That was really fun, until my mom told us to cut it out.... Silly people, tricks are for kids!

Crazy....

So today was pretty boring, I went to the store with my mom and came home to watch Ezra squirm because he "Forgot" to clean his room for twenty minutes while we were gone before playing X-Box *cough* *cough*.  I have also been on this weird oldies music streak for absolutely no reason. Not that I'm complaining, I like most music anyways, but Pandora has declared Gnarls Barkley in line with 'Ray Charles' and 'Chic'. It's also kinda surprising how many songs that I know and haven't really realized it, for that I am sure I have my grandparents to thank! It is not 'Midnight Thirty' as I like to call it, and I am afraid I must actually post this thing so as to not get into more trouble then I am sure I am already in....

Song

I have this song call 'Shake Me Like A Monkey' by Dave Matthews Band stuck in my head, but I'm listening to a song called 'Demons' by Tech n9ne. It makes an interesting combination Dubstep and whatever genre DMB falls under...

Saturday!!!

Oh my gawd! I have a Saturday free! Well... Free to catch up on all the homework I've got... Lucky though, the Pre-Cal lesson is actually easy this time! Mark it in the books people math can get easier the longer you take it. Amazing. And of course being me, I have been reading books like there's no tomorrow and not keeping track of what their names or title or wateva are, so I can't say how many I have since the last 'update'. Oops.

Sunday

On Sunday, I went to my friend Jerry's house with my cousin Caroline and we met one of my other friends Daniel there... It was actually really fun. Usually they play this strange version of truth or dare the whole time and I just walk behind them, but THIS time we actually did stuff! I put it in the history books, just FYI "Caroline, Daniel, Mayah, and Jerry did something other than truth or dare for a game." it's in the books children.

new hair color!

Right, so I waited 'til the absolute last minute to write this just in case on the off chance that someone actually read this I have a new hair color. The top of my head is purple. The bottom is still dark blue, but now the top is the really REALLY cool lookin purple! I think it's cool anyways, someone else probably will look at me and say 'young people have no dignity these days! Harumph!' but I'm good with that.I mean, who needs dignity right?
See ya!

RANGER DANGER!

A few days ago my grandpa came down to visit from New York.  I get to see him about once a year, if I'm lucky twice. He got to see one of Ezra's soccer games on Tuesday, luckily they won 6-2, than we went to Plaza Azteca to celebrate his safe arrival and such.  Than today, when I got up, my grandpa and I went to the Waffle House and than proceeded to go to a Car Wash. I like it when you get to stay in the car and watch the soup and giant octopus like looking sponges attack the car... Fun. Apparently some jerk drove into the barns and noble building. The store was closed for at least twenty minutes, when it was obvious that the damage was not internal at all. A window frame was bent and they will need to place bricks in the hole the car made, but that was it.
I started reading a series called 'Ranger's Apprentice' by John Flanagan, I just finished the second book and it was amazing. I think it was better than the first because you know what ranger's do and yada yada, the first book was great, it truly was but I think I like the second better.

GOAL!!

Right, so yesterday evening, I had a soccer game and guess what?! I scored twice! not once, but twice! in a single game! It was awesome, the first one I score was from defense too! I wasn't trying to score, just kicked it toward the center for another of my team to follow through and hopefully score a goal. But nope, the goalie was not ready and it rolled in right under her. literally, she widened her stance to pick it up cause it was goin' kinda slowly, than she missed with her hands and couldn't get it with her feet in time.  It was awesome.  The second one was good timing on Akylas part and on mine (Akyla is a striker/ forward on my soccer team) she passed straight to the goal and I was all like ninja! and stuck my foot out and it went in.  The name of the opposing team was Typhoons, just fyi.

Crazy Woman

So yesterday after I spent three-ish hours at the Jacksons how helping Elyse with Italian-cause she's now able to join the class since the time AND date moved, WOOP WOOP!- I went to Barns and Noble to meet with Kaitlyn and her mom.  So we were sitting in the far corner of the store cause not many people are there and then two other teenagers came up looking for some art for their class and we started to help them look for it and talk and stuff when this really crazy woman came around the corner shouting into her phone the explanations to why some other womans son was a retard and why it was all his mommas fault for being a druggie and drunk all the time.  I think I should get a reward for not laughing out loud at this womans crazy conversation. I really do.  She went on that subject for over an hour from what I've heard, though she only walked down the isle we were on twice.  Psh. Only.  Then after the two teens left, Kaitlyn and I went to sit in the science fiction section and sat down.  Nothing unusual about that, until this guy comes along the isle about thirty seconds after we do.  He was looking kinda lost in the area he was in so we tried to help him and than started talking about the army-he said he had just gotten out of the navy- and about which books to read and which books not too. Once again nothing really strange about that, except that once Kaitlyns mom called her to tell her that we had to leave cause it was like ten in the evening he just said 'Ok, nice to meet both of you.' And then walked away and out of the store without buying anything.  I don't know if it's just me, but I thought it was just a tiny bit creeper like.

Why is a raven like a writing desk?

Oh. Ma. Gawd.

So, today I had an Indoor soccer game-which is TOTALLY different from outdoor!- and my team won. Ha. The opposing team was called Typhoons. They like to use their elbows... A loooooottttt. Since indoor doesn't have score placings, and the 'field' is a basketball court, it's just for fun.  Though winning is always more fun than losing.  Now, after I finish this, I have to do AP Psychology and study the vocab for Italian class. And then I have absolutely no idea what I will do.  That's not true.  I'll probably read something.  Keep listing to music. Yada Yada.  I am currently reading a book called 'Farlander' By Col Buchanan.  So far it's very well written though the plot may be horrid and I will be forced to burn the boo so that no other being with have to suffer the same I did. The library probably wouldn't like that though........ I also read a book called 'The Singer of All Songs' by Kate Constablenstable.  It is the first book in the series, and so far so good.  I am really mega hyper right now and am absolutely clueless as to why that is so.
